Held on 𝟎𝟕 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at the 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐮 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 – 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐚, the programme brought together 𝟏𝟕𝟗 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 who have completed the Army’s internal skill development programme and are expected to retire later this year and in early 2027.
The initiative equipped participants with 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, and practical guidance to build sustainable income-generating ventures, with a key focus on 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. 📊💰
